A series of separate ROLLING THUNDER REGISTER TO WIN sweepstakes will be conducted at various remote locations throughout the Tampa Bay area from the Tampa Bay Lightning's marketing van, Rolling Thunder, during the 2011-12 NHL season. Each sweepstakes will be separate and distinct and each winner of each sweepstakes will be awarded a separate distinct prize that will be described in a posting within the Rolling Thunder van.
To enter, entrants shall obtain, complete and submit an entry form at the Rolling Thunder van.
Only one entry per household per each sweepstakes is permitted.
Within 24 hours after the Rolling Thunder van has been relocated from the marketing visit, a winner will be randomly selected from all entries submitted at that marketing visit. The winner will be contacted by telephone and will be required to pick-up the prize at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida. Any prize that remains unclaimed 30 days after the winner has been informed will be forfeited.
Winner must be at least 12 years old and a U.S. resident. Verification will be required.
Winner will be required to sign a liability release and a consent waiver form and all the appropriate IRS and applicable state forms.
Winner must meet above mentioned criteria or face forfeiture of prize, as determined by the Tampa Bay Lightning (the "Judge").
Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries for each sweepstakes.
The St. Pete Times Forum, the Tampa Bay Lightning and their agencies and parent companies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Employees (including subcontractors) and their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as such employees of the St. Pete Times Forum, the Tampa Bay Lightning, and their agencies and parent companies are ineligible.
By participating in this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decisions of the Judge, which shall be final and legally binding. All submissions become the property of the Tampa Bay Lightning and will not be returned. As a condition to entering this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that:
(i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of connection with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of call action, and exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Tampa, Florida,
(ii) all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket cost incurred, including cost associated with entering this sweepstakes but in no event attorney fees,
(iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased,
(iv) The Tampa Bay Lightning reserve the right to establish additional or different rules as may be required by law, and
(v) Entrant agrees to accept telephone offers of products and services provided by the St. Pete Times Forum or the Tampa Bay Lightning.
